Ok, I've refrained for a long time, but i'm going to ask: If last year's was too short, why could you not have knitted more on to it? Sorry if I am asking in ignorance a foolish question! :)
lol, good question. My mom and I, in efforts to fix it in another way, sewed on some fleece in an attempt to combat the itchyness of the yarn and in order to attach a draw string. However, it was still too short. :( Had I not done that, i could have picked up all 100+ stitches and kept going.
It's the hat I just finished knitting! I'm excited cuz I knit one last winter but it turned out too short. :)
