Gratitude moves me to write further concerning your recent action of dedicating a blog in my honor, however the subject is terrifying.

hahaha! We took that picture especially for you.
There are lots of cool stores in Lake Placid and this particular store had lots of fun puppets.

Watch Kristin's blog because she's going to post (hopefully sometime in the near future) something about the backpacking trip we took directly following the capture of these pictures.

A pet Black Widow! Oh my! Have you made friends with Cheniqua?

People below me (i'm in our loft above the cafeteria where we sleep) are talking about the validity of EGW. Interesting... :D

LOL! I assume that Thompson is either afraid of or loves spiders. And as for the questioning of the validity of Ellen White...is that a good thing? Tell them to take Adventist Heritage ;) That helped me. :) TTYL

Hi Aunt Christy. I wanted to introduce myself and invite you to my blog. By the way, very scary spiders!

Aw I miss you guys, for such antics were common everyday occurances last year... and it has been a whole summer....
yay for puppets! they are super fun! hmm... I'm wondering what possessed this studant to adopt a black widow spider.... I am familiar familiar with the biblical texts commanding our kind interests in widows and orphans but I believe that extending this to the eight-legged kind is rather ... ridiculous? (widows and orphans... reminds me of Dr. Martins research papers :)
