It's been a long time since 6th grade. Nine years.
I haven't worn a skirt to class since then. (Well... There was that one time in 7th grade when I wore a skirt for picture day. But rest assured, I had a change of clothes close at hand!)

Until today...
Kasey snapped a picture to record the moment for you guys :)

Impressive.

Did it feel odd after so long?

If I were a girl I'd wear a skirt to class any time the temperature was above 80 degrees... but this is one of very few areas in which I will follow the majority flow of today's culture.

LOLOLOL Alex's comment is so funny. Somehow I can't picture him in a skirt...well the Roman guard outfits came close. Though, I think you look beautiful in your skirt :)

You look pretty!

And how sad is it that I looked at the picture and was like, "I had a class in that room"?

Yay, Christy! You look so pretty. :D You should make it a habit...although there's no need to try and convince me to do the same. lol. ;)

For my part, allow me to observe that the macho male Celts of Scotland wore skirts for additional freedom, running around after sheep and fighting the Picts. Quite rightly, most people feel skirts today provide precisly the opposite--and for women only to boot.
For your part, I suggest you observe three of the comments above this one.
