That looks like so much fun! I've always wanted to learn to make bagels. In fact they've really been in season lately :)I've been eating them for a couple weeks for breakfast every day and I'm not tired of them yet!

Those look beautiful! I tried to make bagels once several years ago, and the experiment was quite unsuccessful. But your pictures have convinced me to try again sometime! :)
